This is the required State of Florida certificated basic safety course, that covers firearms safety, on range qualification, individual legal responsibility and Florida law requirements. Cost includes class, range time, State CCW application pack and all class room materials.

Student will learn proper maintenance and troubleshooting their weapon, a refresher in (5) principles of Marksmanship. Drawing firearm from a concealed holster, Fanny pack, purse (Non timed/Timed), Identifying dominant eye, shooting from cover, also shooting from 3,7,10,15 yards distances.

Student will demonstrate proper hip shooting (timed), a refresher. Shooting at an elevated stress level with discretionary Targets. Drawing firearm from a concealed holster, Fanny pack, purse (TIMED) with non dominant hand, shooting multiple targets from cover with non dominant hand, also shooting from Standing, and engaging while Moving and shooting multiple targets from 25 yds 7 yards

Training will be geared towards knowledge of Florida conceal carry FS. 790.06, and a pistol 1 beginner course, end of the course the student will be more knowledgeable in accurately engaging targets from 3/5/7 and 15 yards. This class is for famiri The use of cover and concealment will also be used to engage targets. Vehicles will be used as props to create the most real-world experience. The training will also include transition drills from carbine to primary and vice versa. It will be an accelerated course to strengthen your basic or advanced tactical skill level.
